In addition to soaking and grinding 2 cups of rice, do we need to again add two cups of rice flour to the batter. Can pls make the ingredients clear. The recipe looks very interesting. But I am confused
What you understood is correct.Next day after fermentation we have to mix rice flour & sugar.
