    Hi mam, sorry was away for sometime…. tried kollu urundai. But this seems to be healthy as well….. yes it looks like halwa than kali. The benefits you listed at the end is your trademark ??????

      Take some vitamin E tablet like – Evion for few days in a month.one tablet at night after dinner..We get the same from sesame seeds, Almonds and walnuts also.Consume Fenugreek daily.Drink more water.
